She is well educated and has an Associate degree from Essex County College, located in New Jersey and attended Nursing school at North Carolina Central University. She has attended other schools, educating herself in Health Care Business Administration, Computer, Billing and Coding, IV Therapy Certification, Health Consultant and has now been nursing for 36 years, working in hospitals, in many different departments, along with working in many nursing homes, clinics, and home health agencies, from Florida to North Carolina and have many years working as a private pediatric nurse, a private geriatric nurse , Med-Surgical nurse and Brain &Spinal Cord Injury specialty nurse and private provider. She was the driving force behind Dependable Nursing Service, Inc. grossing over 2.5 million dollars at one time. Dependable Nursing Services won
Dependable Nursing Services won business of the year in N.C. in 1999. The responsibilities are great, but, the goal has always been to help to the sick, disable and the elderly with private nursing care needs and provide loving environment for them and their loved ones; we to assist in all areas of skilled and personal care assistance. She is an expert in the nursing arena along with starting several businesses. Ms. Leverette enjoys what she do and canned the slogan for the company,”people helping people”.
